Website Developer

 Responsibilities: 

●     Design and develop the website

●     Work closely with the administrator(based in NY,U.S.A) of the website

●     Have calls with the administrator on off hours-if necessary

●     Report to: Director of Marketing & Sales 

Requirements:  

●     Good command of both written&oral English

●    Solid HTML and CSS skills

●     Good PHP skills

●     Good Photoshop skills

●     Familiar with Javascript

●     Familiar with XHTML compliant coding

●     Experience developing for cross browser deployments

●     Great know about flash

Account Manager（客户经理） 

Report to: Director of Marketing & Sales 

Responsibilities and duties: 

●     Oversight of a region of dealer accounts

●     Training Dealer Sales Representatives in selling techniques

●     Continuous communication with the dealer and customer groups

●     Providing sales activity plans and monthly forecasts

●     Developing plans to increase our mutual business, the exposure and brand awareness of Steinway products in the Chinese market, introducing these plans to our dealers and following up their execution

●     Developing and improving dealers’ knowledge about the Steinway brands

●     Assisting dealers in their planning, executions and follow ups of promotional sales events 

Requirements:  

●     Age between 25 and 35 with a bachelor or master degree

●     Minimum 3 years experience in sales/marketing

●     Oral and written English skills are preferred

●     Experience in the wholesale and retail business for selling high ticket items

●     Good understanding of the marketing and sales techniques for developing and nurturing a market for a high quality niche product, experienced in assisting or performing promotion activities

●     Flexible and willing to travel.

Warehouse Supervisor (仓库主管) 

Reports to: Manager of Administration and Human Resources 

Responsibilities: 

●     Assure the timely shipment of products in communication with logistics and service departments.

●     Assure that all shipments have been fully inspected by technicians and that all parts and carton contents are complete and present.

●     Coordinate and supervise the efforts of labor workers in boxing, unboxing, loading and unloading products from WGQ warehouse and Outside Warehouse.

●     Maintain both warehouses to be clean and well organized.

●     Keep accurate records of shipments, parts inventory, C & A pianos, and status of pianos under repair.

●     Coordinate the packaging and shipment of piano parts and related piano items.

●     Keep accurate and organized inventory of parts stock and alert Service Department of low inventories.

 Requirements: 

●     Minimum of 3 years experience in field of warehousing, including supervision of others.

●     Knowledge of computer use and Microsoft Office products

●     Good English writing and speaking ability

●     Attention to detail
